Delivery and Payment
Shipping
- Delivery by courier
Some products on offer require specialist transport and are shipped according to ADR recommendations. A high percentage of products are shipped exempt from ADR’s LQ if they do not exceed maximum volume and quantity per transport unit. Other (safe) products are shipped by ordinary courier deliveries. Large quantities are delivered on pallet shipments.
- Transport company + ADR
We cooperate with professional transport companies who hire ADR-certified drivers to deliver to those clients who wish to receive their order promptly and directly.
- Pickup by client
In certain cases the client may collect their order with their own means of transport. This transport option is available only with our prior consent.
Payment methods
Currently, we accept the following payment methods in our store:
- Bank transfer
Conventional payment to the bank account specified by Hexilium Sp. z o.o.
- Cash on delivery
Cash paid directly to the courier/driver upon the delivery of the shipment.
- Payment by cash
- Deferred payment
For regular clients and government institutions – deferred bank transfer.
